We are looking for a talented, articulate and highly motivated individual, who will be converting leads into (residential) leases in our extensive South Side portfolio.

We will provide you with the leads; you will take great pictures of the apartment, reach out to the interested party - and take the potential tenant from viewing to signing the lease.

You will be working with cash tenants as well as subsidy & CHA, and will report daily to our management team.

Renumeration is incentive based, high earning potential!
